hope amongst the chaos.
PROJECT CSI
Connect. Service. Inform. As W. H Auden once said, "We are all here on Earth to help others, what on earth the others are here for I have no idea", and personally, I don't either. Our universal deed I to essential help those in need. No matter what race, religion, or political backgrounds we should help each other, not hurt. With these five steps, together we can help the people of Libya.
1. Research.
In order to salve the problem we must first understand every aspect of it. To do so take out some time in your day to simply read everything you can about the International Humanitarian Law, and understand how this law is practiced in real life, and more importantly, how to help.
2. Reflect.
Share with your friends. Casually reference it to help spread the word through social media, and at work. This will help people begin to realize how grateful they are to live in democracy.
3. Mail Local News Channel
Message the people who message you. An official are more likely to help spread the word than a few friends from an unknown town.
4. Donate to International Aid Services
5. Message the United Nations
How Can You Help? Spread The Word. We cannot just sit here and allow all of these innocent people suffer and to simply be slaughtered due to a corrupted, unstable government run by sly politicians who wish for nothing more than power and to control everything in their line of sight. Together we must create a voice for those for the voiceless, and rather than shut our doors in fear of the worst, we must open our arms to help the helpless. Libya is a dangerous country, so it's hard to report live in the area of conflict, so rather than just giving up, we should exploit every bit of evidence that we have and listen to one another than attack.
